About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cooler/Warehouse Worker. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe movement of products throughout our warehouse and cooler facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load and unload products from trucks and pallets, and move items as assigned to designated storage areas.
  • Sort and store perishable goods in refrigerated areas, maintaining organization and rotation of stock to ensure optimal freshness and quality.
  • Fill requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other items, and distribute to production workers as needed.
  • Accurately pull and prepare customer orders for shipping, checking all information for accuracy before loading onto trucks or trailers.
  • Use computer systems to accurately scan or enter/maintain inventories and records, and complete daily pick sheets, cycle counts, and production take backs.
  • Assist with monthly inventory counts, year-end inventory counts, and cycle counts as required, and monitor materials, product, and equipment at each step of the process to report irregularities or concerns to supervisor.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be flexible with scheduling, including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, pull, push, reach, and bend virtually the entire shift, and lift up to 50 pounds and assist others when lifting is necessary.
