We are seeking a skilled and passionate Coffee Connoisseur to join our team at The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. As a Barista Extraordinaire, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and tea beverages to our guests.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a welcoming atmosphere in our stores.
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our coffee and tea offerings, including flavor profiles and brewing methods.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
• Knowledge of coffee and tea is a plus, but not required.
