Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radio Frequency (R/F) Engineer to oversee engineering initiatives across various security levels for a government program office.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify necessary resources, schedule dependencies, and contracting actions to support R/F engineering efforts and collaborate with Program Management and associated technologies.
2. Focus on integrating cutting-edge technologies into existing weapon systems, analyzing R/F engineering challenges to devise and implement solutions for complex system design and development issues.
3. Develop, analyze, and validate requirements, specifications, and interfaces.
4. Process and evaluate data, assess system performance under test conditions, draw conclusions, and provide recommendations. Generate high-quality data products, including quick-look reports, test status updates, watch item reports, deficiency reports, and both formal and informal technical documentation.
5. Collaborate closely with the program office, prime contractors, subcontractors, and test ranges throughout all phases of design review, test planning, execution, analysis, anomaly investigation, and reporting.
6. Effectively organize, schedule, and coordinate R/F engineering tasks to ensure successful integration in a highly classified environment.

Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
Clearance Requirement:
An active DoD Top Secret clearance is mandatory.

Preferred Experience and Skills:
- A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in R/F Engineering, including involvement in SETR events.
- Experience in management and technical roles for major ACAT programs and advanced technologies.
- Familiarity with weapon/aircraft system electronic warfare technologies and system integration and testing functions.
- Experience working in highly classified environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
