As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers while ensuring the smooth operation of the store. Your role will involve:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritizing customer satisfaction and engagement.
  • Collaborating effectively with fellow team members and management.
  • Adhering to scheduled shifts as determined by management, with full-time positions requiring up to forty hours per week.
  • Understanding and following company policies and procedures diligently.
  • Implementing strategies to enhance sales and profitability while managing expenses and minimizing losses.
  • Fostering a positive work environment by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
  • Ensuring a safe and secure atmosphere for both customers and team members.
  • Engaging in continuous training to improve efficiency and service quality.
  • Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Completing necessary documentation and reports as requested by management in a timely manner.
  • Receiving deliveries and accurately pricing merchandise in accordance with corporate guidelines.
  • Executing store programs effectively to meet operational goals.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including all areas of the facility.
  • Demonstrating proficiency in operating all store equipment.
  • Providing quick and friendly service while operating cash registers and other equipment.
  • Reporting any equipment malfunctions or accidents to management.
  • Adapting to changes in a positive manner and completing assigned tasks efficiently.
  • Exhibiting professionalism in all interactions with customers and team members.
  • Utilizing effective communication skills with customers and colleagues.
  • Managing beverage dispensing equipment and supplies efficiently.
  • Keeping shelves and displays well-stocked and orderly.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned by management.
