About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Couples Therapist to join our team at Ellie Mental Health. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional mental health services to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses and develop effective treatment plans to support clients in achieving their goals.
  • Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with our dynamic team to further our mission of improving access to quality mental health care.
  • Utilize creativity and expertise in interventions to help clients overcome challenges and achieve success.
  • Prepare and submit accurate documentation for each session, adhering to company guidelines and protocol.
  • Maintain a caseload of at least 25 client visits per week and coordinate services with case managers, families, and other stakeholders as needed.
  • Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • A master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution and licensure in your designated field.
  • Valid clinical intern licensure or full licensure as an LCPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LP.
  • Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
  • Passion and experience working with couples and meeting their unique mental health needs.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate stable boundaries with clients.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems, with Valant experience a plus.
  • Fully licensed clinicians should be credentialed with insurance panels.
