Job Overview

Closets by Design Pensacola, a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems, seeks motivated and skilled individuals to fill the position of General Labor. This role is ideal for those with prior woodworking experience or a passion for learning new skills.

The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location.

We will train you to produce high-quality custom closets, garages, and home organizing systems using woodworking machinery and hand tools. You will be responsible for operating equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Operating woodworking machinery and hand tools to produce custom closet components
  • Maintaining shop equipment according to established schedules
  • Understanding company product lines, machinery, assembly standards, and installation techniques
  • FOLLOWING quality and safety standards
  • Additional tasks or projects as defined by the Production Foreman

You will work in a fast-paced environment requiring excellent problem-solving skills, ability to multitask, and strong communication skills.
