The Winterberry Group is seeking a skilled Mowing Crew Foreman to oversee its residential and commercial lawn maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct a team of groundskeepers to complete lawn care tasks efficiently and effectively
• Operate a variety of lawn care equipment, including riding and walk-behind mowers
• Ensure high-quality lawn care services, including weed control and cleanup
• Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to meet customer needs
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental goals
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in lawn maintenance or a related field
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Spanish language proficiency a plus
