About the Role

The Faulkner Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Body Repair Estimator to join our team at Collision Carlisle. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for appraising vehicle damage and determining the cost of repair for insurance claim settlements.

Job Summary

This role involves inspecting and testing automobiles to determine the extent of damage, preparing itemized work orders, and estimating the cost of parts and labor. You will work closely with a customer service representative to provide excellent customer service and ensure seamless communication with clients.

Responsibilities
  • Appraise vehicle damage and determine the cost of repair for insurance claim settlements
  • Inspect and test automobiles using mechanical testing devices and visual inspection
  • Prepare itemized work orders listing the cost of parts and labor
  • Work closely with customer service representatives to provide excellent customer service
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • PA State Appraiser License required
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in collision repair
  • Ability to work in a team environment and possess strong oral and written communication skills
  • Select candidate must be able to perform all job functions, including bending, standing, lifting, and reaching
