Job Summary

Medpace, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Safety Manager to join our Clinical Safety Department. This role plays a critical part in the pharmacovigilance process and offers an exciting opportunity for career growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of clinical safety professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high-quality performance.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, providing expert safety knowledge and support.
  • Oversee clinical safety case management and aggregate reporting, ensuring client needs are met to the highest standards.
  • Create safety management plans tailored to client needs.
  • Provide safety review of clinical study documents, including protocols, study reports, and marketing application components.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as nursing or a related healthcare discipline.
  • At least 4 years of experience in clinical research or pharmacovigilance.
  • At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
  • Prior project management experience is highly desirable.
