Job Summary

Volt is seeking a skilled Production Operator to join our team. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating equipment used to manufacture products from raw materials into finished goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain equipment to ensure efficient production processes.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications.
  • Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and product defects.
  • Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to optimize production processes.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track production progress and inventory levels.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience with measurement tools and hand tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
