We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Night Auditor to join our team at Hamilton Inn Inc Defunct. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

• Post, report, and balance daily transactions and payments for the hotel's lodging operation and other outlets.
• Perform end-of-day routines on hotel systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Attend to guest registration, room assignments, and special requests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Accurately record and process guest charges, credits, and payments.
• Assist and respond to guest inquiries in person, phone, or email as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent, with a college education preferred.
• Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain level-headed in hectic situations and work accurately with minimal supervision.
