• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms, communal areas, and facility spaces to ensure high standards of hygiene.
• Adhere to infection control and safety guidelines during all cleaning operations.
• Manage waste disposal in accordance with facility regulations.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to resolve any facility-related issues.
• Assist in the preparation and cleanup for special events or activities.
• Provide courteous assistance to residents while performing cleaning duties.

• Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably within a healthcare or senior living context.
• Understanding of effective cleaning techniques, infection control, and safety protocols.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor when engaging with residents.
• Physical ability to perform tasks including light lifting of furniture.
