Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular security patrols of the premises to deter and identify any potential safety threats.
  • Maintain a visible presence to promote a secure atmosphere for all individuals on site.
  • Monitor access points and ensure that restricted areas are properly secured.
  • Respond promptly to emergency situations, coordinating with local authorities as necessary.
  • Document incidents and prepare reports to maintain accurate records of security-related activities.
  • Assist in managing traffic flow within parking areas to ensure safety for pedestrians and vehicles.
  • Provide assistance and escort services to individuals as needed, ensuring their safety and comfort.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in security, law enforcement, or military service.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
  • Possession of a valid Level I fingerprint clearance card is necessary.

Preferred Skills:

  • Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong observational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle emergency situations with composure and professionalism.
