KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Welcome guests promptly and with authentic hospitality.
  • Proactively anticipate guest needs and manage all aspects of their experience, from menu explanations to table clearing.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of the food and beverage offerings, guiding guests based on their preferences and dietary requirements.
  • Provide detailed information about menu items and respond to inquiries regarding ingredients, preparation techniques, and dietary restrictions to ensure guest safety.
  • Master the Service Protocols and implement them consistently.
  • Enhance restaurant sales and guest check averages by leading guests towards a comprehensive dining experience.
  • Maintain all opening, running, and closing tasks throughout the shift to support the restaurant's efficiency.
  • Engage in continuous learning about food, beverages, and suppliers, participating in pre-shift and other educational sessions.
  • Foster teamwork by holding oneself and colleagues accountable to high standards.
  • Exhibit a positive, productive, and encouraging work ethic on a daily basis.
  • Assist with various restaurant needs, including answering phones, seating guests, and dish assistance.
