The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Outreach Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Clinical Outreach team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clinical partners in your local community. Your primary objective will be to provide much-needed resources to individuals struggling with their mental health, ensuring they have access to our comprehensive treatment programs.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to penetrate new markets and expand our reach within existing partnerships.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including healthcare providers, hospitals, and community organizations.
  • Conduct in-person meetings with patients, parents, and providers to understand their needs, address barriers to treatment, and foster community partnerships.
  • Design and implement strategies to support and engage referral partners across various channels.
  • Deepen our penetration within existing partnerships, driving growth and expansion.
  • Represent Charlie Health at educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events, both in-person and virtually.
  • Synthesize and share market feedback from partners, patients, and stakeholders to inform our go-forward marketing and product strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, client success, and legal, to deliver on our growth objectives.
Requirements
  • Must be based in Aurora, IL.
  • Must be fluent in English.
  • 1-4 years of proven sales experience, with a track record of owning and overachieving KPIs.
  • Experience working with or selling to healthcare organizations is a plus.
  • Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license for meetings with potential referral partners (4-5 days/week).
  • Ability to energize, advise, and persuade senior corporate personnel.
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and listening skills, with a natural consultative style.
  • Strong project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to corral and manage details in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Zoom is a plus.
