Paid Search Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Search Supervisor to join our team at Razorfish. As a Paid Search Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of search engine marketing strategies for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Search Strategy Development
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop holistic media plans and measurement strategies.
- Consult on forecasting models to ensure accurate budget allocation.
- Deliver timely thought capital to drive business growth.
- Client Engagement
- Act as a subject matter expert to contribute to new business efforts.
- Team Leadership
- Oversee a team of 2-5 search professionals on a large client team.
- Manage teams of SEM Coordinators, SEM Strategists, and Sr. SEM Strategists, providing ongoing feedback on career development.
- Agency Leadership
- Develop thought capital and POV related to client work and the search landscape.
- Own a search discipline development initiative, such as a marketing committee or analytics program.
- Facilitate internal training programs on the paid search landscape and foster best practices across clients.
- Milestones
- Has amassed experience to service any type of account.
- Has coordinated internal training efforts and developed new processes.
- Has cultivated internal relationships.
- Has fostered strong partner relationships while embracing new opportunities.
- Has contributed to thought capital and knowledge sharing.

- Has emerged as a trusted advisor to client teams.

- Has successfully developed and mentored junior staff.
- Has developed a strong grasp of all Razorfish service offerings.
- Experience
- 5 years of search experience required.
- Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or mentorship role.
- Proficiency in relevant SEM tools and platforms.
- Proficiency in MS Office with advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of search campaign management tools a plus.
- Familiarity with Google Pmax/YouTube/App campaigns and Microsoft Dynamic campaigns.
- Education
- BA/BS degree in a related field required or equivalent experience.
