About the JobThis is a per diem opportunity to work in our Level II Special Care Nursery, providing comprehensive care for premature and critically ill newborns. As a Neonatologist, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care and support families during their newborn's NICU stay.
Responsibilities- Provide medical care for newborns in the Level II NICU
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Communicate effectively with families to ensure they are informed and involved in their baby's care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- TX license or active IMLC required
- Board Certification in Neonatology with recent experience required
