As a Home Health RN, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of dedicated healthcare professionals to provide personalized care to patients with illnesses, injuries, and chronic diseases. You will work closely with physicians and other healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans, educate patients and their families on disease management and self-care, and provide emotional support and guidance throughout the healing process.

Requirements:
- Active, unrestricted RN license in the State of Michigan
- At least one year of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
- Current CPR certification
- Reliable transportation with a valid state driver's license and current car insurance
