Responsibilities
1. Assess patients' physical capabilities and create tailored treatment strategies.
2. Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to enhance mobility, strength, and overall function.
3. Provide education to patients and their families regarding exercises and management techniques for home care.
4. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient management.
5. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, modify treatment plans as necessary, and adhere to regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- Rehabilitation Specialist (PT) License
- BLS Certifications
- Minimum of two years of recent experience in rehabilitation therapy
- Excellent communication and adaptability skills.
