We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Flatwork Finisher to join our team at Boone Concrete Works. As a Concrete Finishing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality finishes for our concrete projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply finishing techniques to achieve a high-quality finish on concrete surfaces
  • Read and interpret plans and specifications to ensure accurate completion of projects
  • Build and dismantle forms to prepare for concrete pours
  • Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required
  • Work flexible hours, including some Saturdays, depending on weather and workload
  • Collaborate with other crew members to achieve project goals

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in concrete finishing
  • Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
  • Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to follow directions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
