We are seeking an experienced Children's Advocate to join our team as a Respite Care Provider. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to children and young adults with autism, promoting their safety, well-being, and independence.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one support and supervision to children with autism, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sessions, including progress notes and any relevant observations.
  • Collaborate effectively with families and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless continuity of care.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities.

  • Own vehicle and reliable transportation, with a valid driver's license and necessary insurance coverage.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.
  • Patient and caring demeanor, with a passion for supporting individuals with autism.
