Estimated Salary: $83,000 - $120,000 per yearAbout the Role

As a Registered Nurse on our Medicine I Unit, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient plans, and ensuring timely admissions, transfers, and discharges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform nursing assessments, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with the healthcare team to facilitate patient outcomes.
  • Ensure patients receive comprehensive care, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Demonstrate leadership by providing education, support, and guidance to colleagues, promoting a positive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Current valid North Carolina nursing license required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
  • One year of acute nursing experience preferred.
