We are seeking a skilled Quality Control Technician to join our team at Integrity Staffing Services. As a Quality Control Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Product Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of products during the manufacturing process to verify that they meet the required standards and specifications.
- Quality Control: Use checklists and other tools to ensure that products are manufactured in accordance with customer requirements and industry standards.
- Documentation and Reporting: Accurately document and log any quality defects or issues found during inspections, and provide detailed reports to the Quality Manager.
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Ensure that SOPs are followed on the production floor, and alert the Quality Manager to any deviations or issues.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the Quality Manager to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the manufacturing process.
- Root Cause Analysis: Conduct thorough root cause analyses to identify the underlying causes of quality issues, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Internal Audits: Perform internal quality audits to ensure that the manufacturing process is in compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Experience: Two or more years of experience in a quality control position in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge and Skills: Experience or knowledge in welding standards, electrical standards, and manufacturing operations and processes. Excellent computer skills, including experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Shift: Night shift, Monday - Thursday, 5PM - 3:30AM.
- Pay: Determined based on experience.
- Salary Range: QC I: $19.63 - $29.45, QC II: $21.25 - $31.87, QC III: $23.44 - $36.35.
