About the Position

**Job Title:** Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Gulf Distributing Holdings Company LLC. As a key member of our warehouse operations, this individual will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe loading of delivery trucks, as well as performing assigned tasks.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Leadership and Management: Lead, manage, support, and motivate warehouse shift employees through open and clear communication.
  • Safety and Training: Accountable for safety protocol and oversight of training and safety of Warehouse shift.
  • Load Crew Management: Manage 15 to 20 load crew members to ensure all delivery routes are loaded efficiently and accurately while maintaining company standards.
Working Conditions and Benefits
  1. Frequently required to walk and talk or hear.
  2. Occasionally required to stand; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel object, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms.
  3. Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Estimated salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off.
