Key Responsibilities:
1. Advocate for clients in court or before governmental bodies, presenting evidence to support clients or pursue cases against defendants in civil or criminal matters.

10. Pursue ongoing professional development through seminars, workshops, and legal affiliations to stay updated on the latest legal trends and practices.

Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law institution.
2. Must hold a valid license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
3. A minimum of 1-5 years of experience in general litigation.
4. Demonstrated experience in consumer financial services litigation and class action cases.
5. Strong negotiation, research, and communication skills.
6. Ability to interpret and comprehend legal statutes and regulations.
7. Exceptional interpersonal skills, focusing on rapport-building, active listening, and effective questioning.
8. Strong documentation skills with a keen attention to detail.
9. Capacity to manage a substantial caseload while prioritizing multiple deadlines.
10. High standards of professional ethics and integrity.
11. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
