Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a subject matter expert, delivering technical guidance to fulfill project requirements.
  • Oversee and mentor junior staff to ensure quality and accuracy in their deliverables.
  • Conduct a variety of systems engineering tasks to guarantee compliance with program objectives, interoperability standards, and configuration management protocols.
  • Perform capabilities analysis and contribute to DOTMLPF efforts.
  • Engage in the Joint Capability Integration and Development System (JCIDS) processes.
  • Facilitate system and software integration, ensuring compatibility with various Command, Control, and Communications (C3) systems.
  • Lead technical and operational testing initiatives.
  • Support the sustainment and enhancement of existing capabilities.
  • Participate in configuration management, planning sessions, and program review meetings.
  • Execute general systems engineering tasks, including implementation planning and evaluation services.
  • Prepare detailed specifications, analyses, modeling, testing, simulations, and comprehensive reports.
  • Review engineering outputs related to operational procedures, performance criteria, and quality assurance.
  • Conduct trade-off analyses in systems engineering.
  • Provide analytical support for the design, development, and integration of hardware and software systems.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field (4 years of relevant experience may substitute for education).
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience with NSA High Assurance Internet Protocol Interoperability Specification (HAIPIS) and NSA Type-I certified High Assurance Internet Protocol Encryptor (HAIPE).
  • At least 2 years of experience in the design, development, testing, and evaluation of KIV-7M, KG-175(D, G, F, X), and KSV-21 Automated Updater Kit.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in CHIMERA testing.
  • Possession of an Active TOP SECRET U.S. Government Clearance (U.S. Citizenship is required for this clearance).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience in C5ISR and CSIA environments.
