CNC Machinist

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team at Aerotek. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC mills and lathes to produce custom specialized parts for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setting up and operating CNC mills and lathes to produce high-quality parts
• Performing multiple setups per shift and performing tool changes, adjusting feeds and speeds, and basic quality checks
• Working with a team to meet production goals and deadlines
• Staying up-to-date with new technologies and techniques to improve efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience setting up CNC mills or CNC lathes, or related education
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals and deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
