Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled Carpenter with a passion for woodwork and a keen eye for detail. If you have at least 10 years of experience in carpentry, proficiency in reading blueprints, and a knack for both rough and finish carpentry, we want you on our team.

Our company, GC Realty & Development, LLC, is growing from 1,400 to 3,500 doors under management and beyond. We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us on this exciting trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 10+ years carpentry experience
  • Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods
  • Ability to read technical documents and drawings
  • Own vehicle and tools. We will provide a weekly gas stipend.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
