Job Overview

PMI Miami Lakes is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Independent Marketing Agent. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel within your designated sales territory to meet with prospects, homeowners, and realtors
  • Conduct daily calls and face-to-face meetings with customers, homeowners, and realtors to build trust and drive sales
  • Attend regular training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Stay up-to-date on market data and trends in your assigned territory to provide valuable insights to customers
  • Maintain accurate records of sales leads and customer interactions
  • Educate customers on the benefits of our products and services
  • Sell our products and services to customers within your territory
  • Monitor industry competitors and market conditions to stay ahead of the competition
  • Collaborate with our marketing and operations teams to drive brand growth and awareness
  • Attend industry events and conferences to stay connected with industry professionals
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Communications
  • 1-3 years of sales or marketing experience
  • Experience in the property management or vacation rental industry is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel within your designated territory
