About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team at Pine-Richland School District. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of our school buildings and grounds.

Responsibilities
  • Custodial Duties: Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, surface cleaning, trash removal, and floor care.
  • Maintenance Tasks: Assist with outdoor maintenance, such as snow removal, window cleaning, and equipment repairs.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory of custodial supplies and equipment.
  • Facility Security: Ensure building doors and windows are secured and locked at designated times.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in cleaning, lawn care, or maintenance helpful.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Valid driver's license and current Child Abuse and Federal Criminal History Reports required.
