Safety-Driven Transportation Specialist

At Equus Workforce Solutions, we are committed to providing safe and reliable transportation services to our clients. As a Safety-Driven Transportation Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the well-being of our students and staff. Your primary responsibility will be to transport students safely and efficiently, while also maintaining a clean and well-maintained vehicle.

Responsibilities:

* Inspect vehicles daily to ensure safe operation and compliance with regulations
* Maintain positive control of students during transport, ensuring their safety and well-being
* Ensure that only authorized students are transported off Center
* Enforce center standards of conduct at all times, serving as a positive role model
* Document student misconduct in a timely and accurate manner
* Assist Safety & Security Officers with student inspections as needed

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with passenger and air brake endorsements and good driving record
* Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily, with reasonable accommodations made for individuals with disabilities
