Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Architect to join our Data Centers team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing coordination and integration of architectural and consultant construction documents, generating creative design solutions, and translating concepts into images.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and integrate architectural and consultant construction documents, including redlining, detail review, QA/QC check, and consultant coordination.
  • Develop and present technical solutions to stakeholders, leveraging strengths and providing mentorship to team members.
  • Assist with creation and management of project schedules, demonstrating understanding of industry standards and construction practice.
  • Work proactively to resolve issues that arise between project, design, and technical objectives, in coordination with the Project Manager.
  • Maintain awareness of new methodologies, practices, codes, and products, and apply knowledge of construction methods and timelines.
  • Attend and conduct presentations, manage client relations, and exhibit strong marketing and client relations experience and capabilities.
Qualifications
  • Professional, NAAB-accredited degree in Architecture or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial architecture, with Data Center experience or experience supporting large teams on large-scale projects.
  • Professional registration or anticipation of registration.
  • High commitment to QA/QC, thorough understanding of how a drawing set goes together, and acumen for how things are built and constructability.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate in a diverse project team environment, with strong organizational and communication skills, confident presentation ability, and Revit proficiency.
