About the Role

The Enrollment Support Specialist will provide administrative support to the Office of Enrollment Management, ensuring the smooth operation of various duties and functions. This role involves greeting students, responding to inquiries, and entering data into the Banner system and CampusLogic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Perform a range of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and processing incoming documents.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to students, faculty, and staff, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Document Management: Download, upload, and index documents, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Application Processing: Process returning student and readmit applications, accurately entering student data into the Banner system and CampusLogic.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor, including maintaining accurate records and reports.
Requirements
  • Education: Completion of an Associate's Degree.
  • Experience: At least one year of experience working in a college setting, or a comparable combination of work and educational experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
