Outdoor Adventure Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Outdoor Watersports Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in daily business operations, marketing objectives, and planning, promoting, and managing scheduled special events throughout the season.

• Assist in daily business operations, including answering phones, maintaining reservation systems, interacting with customers, operating POS and register systems, preparing and cleaning rental equipment, and assisting customers with basic paddling skills.
• Assist in marketing objectives, including updating social media messaging, staging marketing photography, and sharing ideas for marketing events, sales, and specials.
• Assist in planning, promoting, and managing scheduled special events throughout the season.

• Have a desire to learn, serve others, and make a difference.
• Be willing and physically able to work on a variety of projects, including using power and hand tools.
• Be able to lift up to 60 pounds, walk and work across steep or uneven terrain, and work in extremes of heat or cold.
• Have a non-judgmental attitude, sensitivity to others, and be approachable.
• Be responsible and reliable, with an interest in personal growth and participating in ongoing training.

• Previous experience in outdoor recreation is preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to lift 60 pounds.
• Enjoy working outdoors and with customers.
