Chemical Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Chemical Analyst to join our team at KVK Tech.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to work in a dynamic environment, performing routine testing of incoming raw materials, packaging components, drug substances, in-process samples, drug products, and stability samples.

Responsibilities

• Perform analytical analysis: Conduct routine analytical tests using compendial and company test procedures in compliance with written, approved methods.
• Instrument calibration: Ensure all instruments are calibrated before each use to ensure accuracy and precision.
• Data documentation: Document all performed analysis using cGMP, USFDA, and 21CFR211.194 guidelines.
• Record maintenance: Maintain laboratory records, including notebooks, logs, and other pertinent documentation.
• Regulatory compliance: Adhere to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), applicable Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), and regulatory requirements.
• Data review: Review data for compliance to procedures and specifications.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related science field.
• Experience: At least 1-3 years of experience in a laboratory setting.
• Skills:
  • HPLC, UPLC, GC, Dissolution, AA, UV spectrophotometers: Working knowledge of these analytical techniques.
  • Laboratory techniques: Skilled in laboratory techniques, including titrations, pH measurements, and dissolution testing.
  • Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

What We Offer

KVK Tech offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
