We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team at Firehouse Subs as a Cashier. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for every guest who walks through our doors.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a welcoming environment for all guests
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and dining area
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise as needed
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
