We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Float Pool team on a PRN (per diem) basis, working days. As a valued member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of a licensed healthcare professional.
Key Responsibilities:- Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring the highest level of compassion and professionalism.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate patient care and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Maintain patient rights and confidentiality, adhering to our strict confidentiality policies.
- Perform duties in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
- Current LPN license within the hiring state, with the ability to meet all State Board of Nursing requirements.
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.
- LPN-IV Certification must be previously completed or successful completion of course within 3 months of hire.
