About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Halloween Haunt Usher at Kings Dominion. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to park guests, responding to questions and providing directions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain a high level of appearance and adhere to park guidelines.
  • Count guests as they enter and record show/maze attendance.
  • Ensure guests follow rules and policies of the maze or show facility.
  • Assist with maintaining cleanliness of performance/maze area.
  • Adhere to and enforce all park policies and procedures, including safety, attendance, and EEO policies.
Requirements
  • Must be 16 years of age or older.
  • Ability to pass a mandatory drug test and background check.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holiday periods.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work in outdoor environments and stand for extended periods.
