Overview of the Role:
We are seeking a caring LPN to deliver exceptional nursing services to our patients and residents, maintaining the highest degree of quality and compassionate care. The successful candidate will supervise day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants and operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines, and regulations. The LPN will confirm that all nursing personnel assigned to them comply with the written policies and procedures established by the facility.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess an active LPN license in the state of residence and current/active CPR Certification. They will have strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with a high level of quality and productivity. The LPN will also have excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
