As a Software Test Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing Software Requirements to ensure clarity and completeness.
  • Creating detailed test plans and procedures tailored to our products.
  • Conducting rigorous verification testing and analysis.
  • Documenting test results and defect reports accurately.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality.
Essential Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • An Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with DO-178B standards.
  • Experience in structural coverage analysis and automated testing methodologies.
  • Proficiency in developing test cases from software requirements.
  • A strong background in defect reporting and tracking systems.
  • Ability to read and analyze software code written in C.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in testing embedded system software for microcontroller applications.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9000 standards.
