**Job Description**

The Field Service Lead Technician/Millwright is responsible for managing a successful belting crew by maintaining a safety-centered, quality-focused, and efficiency-driven team(s). This role requires a strong understanding of conveyor belt repair, installation, and maintenance, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

**Salary Range**

The estimated salary for this role is $70,000 - $100,000 per year, based on industry standards and market rates. The final compensation package will be determined based on factors such as location, experience, and qualifications.
