• 2 years of experience in an applied hospital setting, with a focus on occupational therapy.
• Valid license or certification in the state of practice, if applicable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism, even in stressful situations.
• Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex patient information and develop effective solutions.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to assigned facilities.
• Background and drug screen, as required by the facility.
