Your RoleAs a Licensed Practical Nurse, you'll be responsible for providing nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed independent practitioner. You'll work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
Responsibilities- Provide nursing care to patients on the inpatient specialty post-surgical unit
- Collect data reflective of patient status and participate in the development, modification, and implementation of the plan of care
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure efficient and effective patient care
- Adhere to and abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a valid LPN Oklahoma license, a graduate degree from an accredited nursing program, and Basic Life Support certification.
