Job Description

Job Title: Pediatric Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pediatric Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at North Shore Pediatric Therapy. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our pediatric clients and leading our team of Behavior Therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify the strengths and needs of each client
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address client goals and objectives
  • Provide direct and indirect supervision to Behavior Therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients and families
  • Monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans as needed
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
  • Prior experience conducting functional behavior assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
  • Leadership and management experience, with a proven track record of training and mentoring staff
