Job Summary:

Skagit Regional Health is seeking an experienced Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our physicians and staff to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive care to patients with endocrine disorders, including diabetes, thyroid disease, and adrenal disorders.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and coordinate care with other healthcare providers.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and provide education to patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement evidence-based practice guidelines.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Washington.
  • Experience in endocrinology or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
