- Resolve resident problems and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies, promoting a collaborative approach to care.
- Assure quality of care by adhering to facility philosophies and standards of care, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and expertise.
- Maintain resident confidence by keeping information confidential, respecting their trust and dignity.
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid LPN license, with experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
