About the Role

As a Maintenance Engineer at Topy America, you will be responsible for planning and executing maintenance activities to ensure the optimal performance of our manufacturing equipment. This includes developing and implementing procedures for regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that drive efficiency and productivity.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical systems and principles, as well as experience with CAD design software. A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred, and you should have two to three years of experience in maintenance, preferably within a manufacturing environment. You must be able to lead and manage projects from inception to completion, both medium to large magnitude, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This is a full-time position, with hours of work and days Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. The salary for this position is estimated to be around $90,000 per year, based on industry standards and location considerations.
