Job Title: Specialist - Program & Project Management

We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist - Program & Project Management to join our team in Tampa, FL. As a key member of our program management team, you will be responsible for assisting clients with program governance activities, including hosting meetings, publishing meeting minutes, and maintaining action logs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with program governance activities, including hosting meetings, publishing meeting minutes, and maintaining action logs.
  • Contribute to project planning and tracking for individual projects.
  • Communicate with project team members, developers, business analysts, testers, and stakeholders to gather accurate and timely status updates.
  • Prepare and maintain project plans, MPP, Gantt charts, and status reports.
  • Drive work with the team on scrum calls and provide minutes for such meetings.
  • Excellent coordination skills and knowledge of all phases of project management life cycle, including initiation, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
  • MUST be aware of project life cycle and SDLC software development life cycle.
  • Experience with JIRA is preferable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project MPP.
  • Language skills: Proficiency in English is preferred.
  • Certifications: Any one of the below.
  • PMP Project Management Professional.
  • DASSM Disciplined Agile Senior Scrum Master.
