Job Description

Asgard Resources is a leading provider of frac sand in North Dakota to oil and gas companies across the nation.

We are seeking a Dry Plant Site Supervisor to oversee operations at our frac sand processing plant.

The position will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring production targets are met, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of plant personnel, including operators and maintenance staff.
  • Oversee the dry processing of frac sand, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production schedules.
  • Monitor and adjust production processes and equipment settings to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the facility and equipment to ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational procedures.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to promote a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Coordinate with other departments, including maintenance and site manager, to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.
  • Maintain accurate records of production, maintenance, and safety inspections.
  • Provide training and mentorship to staff.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Assist in the development and execution of operational budgets and resource allocation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mining, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a dry processing plant or similar industrial environment.
  • Knowledge of frac sand processing and related equipment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in safety regulations and best practices within an industrial setting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work in a plant environment, which may include exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures.
  • Availability to work days, nights, weekends and overtime as needed.
