Ascension St. Joseph's Hospital, a leading healthcare provider in Northeast Michigan, is seeking a per diem Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their team. As a CRNA-only facility, this position offers a unique opportunity to work in a specialized setting with a high volume of cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality anesthesia care to patients undergoing various surgical procedures, including orthopedic, general, ENT, ophthalmology, endoscopy, OB/GYN, and plastics.
- Work collaboratively with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in the development and implementation of anesthesia protocols and policies.
Requirements
- Active state license as a CRNA.
- National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications.
- Regional anesthesia skills and experience.
